A tin of pure Pacific North West comfort. We make it and freeze it, you bake it at your convenience.

Our Pies feature a hand made brisee shell packed with marionberries/apples with lemon and some sugar of course! 

$3 Credit for returned (picked up) pie tins.

Baking instructions included, and found below:

U-Bake Pie!

  1. Place your pie into the freezer immediately upon receiving. (plan to begin to bake your pie a minimum of 5 hours before you want to serve it) 

  2. When you are ready to bake your pie, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.  Remove your pie from the freezer and allow to stand at room temperature for about 20mim

  3. Place on a sheet pan tray lined with parchment, cover pie top with tinfoil.

  4. Convection oven (ideal): Bake for 1:45-2 hours covered. Non-convection oven: Baked 2.5 hours covered. 

  5. Remove foil and paint the top of your pie with a beaten egg, then cover generously with the included demerara sugar. 

  6. Place back in the over for 25-30 minutes - Everyone’s home oven is different so bake to your particular preference of color (we bake ours to dark golden brown) and pull when interior temp reads 165 degrees or greater.  Let cool for a minimum of 1 hour, then simply enjoy!
