A six pack of our original hand-rolled chocolatines frozen and ready for you to bake. With our provided instructions you will brighten your morning with the smell and taste of fresh chocolatines in your own home! (INSTRUCTIONS BELOW)
U-Bake Chocolatine Instructions:
Prep:
Place your chocolatines into the freezer immediately upon receiving them.
8-10 hours before baking (or overnight) spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and place frozen croissants on the tray, evenly spaced.
Wrap the whole tray in plastic and place it in the refrigerator (not the freezer).
After 8-10 hours remove croissants from the refrigerator for around 45min-90min (less time the warmer the ambient temp) before baking and allow to warm and rise on the counter top.
Bake:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Paint each chocolatine with a well-beaten egg.
Place in oven and bake for 12-14min, rotate, and bake for an additional 12-14min.
Everyone’s home oven is different so bake to your particular preference of caramelization in color of the exterior of the croissant.
